About the job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Quantity surveying & feasibility:
1. Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
2. Conduct material and rate analysis
3. Compare vendor and contractor quotations
4. Prepare budgets and track costs
5. Assess design and construction feasibility
6. Conduct value engineering and optimize costs
7. Verify measurements and support billing
8. Identify cost and technical issues before execution

B. Construction management:
1. Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities
2. Monitor work progress, quality, and specifications
3. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
4. Inspect materials and workmanship
5. Resolve technical and site-related issues
6. Monitor construction schedules and sequencing
7. Ensure drawings and design intent are correctly executed
8. Track variations and additional works

C. Project management:
1. Prepare and maintain project schedules
2. Coordinate design, procurement, and execution activities
3. Track project milestones and deliverables
4. Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
5. Maintain project documentation and records
6. Monitor project costs, timelines, and scope
7. Prepare regular project progress reports
8. Flag delays, risks, and decisions requiring attention
