About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and research potential clients across relevant industries.
2. Make outbound cold calls to business owners, decision-makers, and potential customers.
3. Send personalized sales emails to introduce our digital marketing services.
4. Approach potential clients through LinkedIn and other professional social media platforms
5. Pitch digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, website development, and lead generation.
6. Understand client requirements and explain how our services can help grow their business.
7. Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages.
8. Schedule meetings and sales discussions with interested prospects.
9. Maintain lead databases, outreach records, and follow-up schedules.
10. Update lead status and sales activities in the CRM or sales tracking sheet.
11. Work towards monthly lead generation, meeting booking, and client acquisition targets.

Digital Marketing Email Marketing English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel Social Media Marketing

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Good English and Hindi communication skills.

2. Confidence in cold calling and outbound sales.

3. Good email writing and professional communication skills.

6. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,50,000 - 1,80,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 70,000 /year
