We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Junior Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, customer query support, client onboarding support, basic risk tracking, and resource management within our CRM system. This is an ideal starting role for freshers or candidates with early career experience looking to build a career in the financial services industry.
Operational & Administrative Support: Support day-to-day operational activities, manage general administrative duties, and assist Senior Associates with daily tasks.
Risk & Compliance Management: Assist in verifying client onboarding documentation, adhering to compliance guidelines, and identifying basic operational risks or discrepancies in data.
Resource & CRM Administration: Maintain accurate data entry in the CRM system, assist in organizing team files and operational resources, and track task completion to ensure resources are utilised effectively.
Customer & Onboarding Assistance: Support client onboarding processes and assist with routine customer query resolutions.
Task Monitoring & Accuracy: Monitor assigned tasks to ensure timely completion while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Digital & Social Media Support: Assist in managing social media channels and maintaining team communication materials.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
Experience: Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in back-office administration, customer sales and support, or data entry in a financial services firm, bank, or stockbroking office.
Preferred Certifications :
NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification
Above such relevant certificates as required from the compliance can be appeared within 3–6 months of joining (if not already certified).
Technical & Soft Skills:
Communication Skills: Good oral and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Tamil. Other regional language is an added advantage.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning web-based portals.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in numerical data entry to prevent transaction rejections.
