Junior Accountant in Bombay, भारत

We are hiring a Junior Accountant to maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations.

Experience: 2–4 years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Grant Road

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily transactions, including receipts, payments, purchases and expenses
  • Pass journal entries and maintain ledgers and vouchers
  • Enter purchase and sales invoices in Tally Prime
  • Perform bank reconciliation and identify discrepancies
  • Verify invoices, bills, payment vouchers and supporting documents
  • Maintain vendor accounts and reconcile ledger balances
  • Support senior accountants with monthly reports

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of accounting experience
  • Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and journal entries
  • Hands-on experience with Tally Prime
  • Practical experience preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
  • Basic to intermediate MS Excel
  • Strong numerical ability, attention to detail and organisational skills
