About the job

The Office Executive role at AATM ENTERPRISE is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. Daily activities include preparing and updating documents, assisting with basic accounting entries, organising meetings, and ensuring smooth office functioning. The Office Executive works closely with management and other team members to support business activities and maintain a well-organised office environment.

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling administrative tasks
2. Maintaining records
3. Manage all Sales and Purchase Data
4. Communicating with internal team
5. Interacting with customers
6. Answering inquiries
7. Providing service support professionally
