About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for clients based on their business/project requirements.
2. Collect, verify, and organize financial, technical, business, and investment information required for DPR preparation.
3. Prepare project cost estimates, financial projections, revenue estimates, expense estimates, profitability calculations, and project financial statements.
4. Maintain accurate day-to-day records of cash inflows and cash outflows.
5. Record and reconcile daily business expenses, revenues, purchases, customer payments, and other financial transactions.
6. Maintain proper supporting documents, invoices, receipts, vouchers, and financial records.
7. Coordinate with customers to collect the information and documents required for DPR preparation and financial assessment.
8. Track the financial progress of individual customer projects.
9. Maintain organized records for multiple customer projects simultaneously.
10. Maintain accounts receivable and track outstanding customer payments.
11. Follow up on pending payments and maintain updated payment status.
12. Ensure proper recording and reconciliation of all customer transactions.
13. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
14. Assist management in monitoring project-wise income, expenditure, profitability, and financial position.
15. Support preparation of budgets, cost calculations, cash-flow statements, and profitability estimates.
16. Maintain organized accounting and financial documentation for internal and external requirements.
17. Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants, accounting professionals, banks, and other financial stakeholders whenever required.
18. Provide management with accurate financial information for business and project-related decisions.
19. Maintain accounting and project-finance databases using Excel/Google Sheets.
20. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of financial and project records.
