About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements and price lists.
2. Calculate discounts, GST, margins and final selling prices.
3. Prepare proforma invoices, sales invoices and purchase invoices.
4. Maintain daily sales, purchase and accounting records.
5. Record customer orders, invoices, receipts and payments.
6. Maintain customer-wise outstanding and payment records.
7. Follow up with customers for pending payments.
8. Verify supplier invoices, purchase bills and payment details.
9. Maintain updated price lists for all brands and products.
10. Ensure correct product name, size, quantity, rate and discount in quotations.
11. Prepare quotations for pipes, fittings, wires, cables, switches and lighting products.
12. Coordinate with the sales team for pricing and quotation requirements.
13. Prepare revised quotations based on approved customer negotiations.
14. Track quotations and follow up for order conversion.
15. Check stock availability before confirming customer orders.
16. Convert approved quotations into sales orders and invoices.
17. Reconcile customer, supplier and bank accounts regularly.
18. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and collection reports.
19. Monitor customer credit limits, outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
20. Maintain accurate and confidential accounting, quotation and customer records.
