About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prospect and reach out to potential clients across brands and agencies via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
2. Build and own client relationships; understand marketing objectives and act as the day-to-day point of contact.
3. Build and present media plans across OOH, DOOH, BTL, and digital, tailored to client goals and budgets.
4. Pitch and demo our AI media planning platform to prospects and existing clients.
5. Own the sales cycle end to end: first contact, proposal, negotiation, closure.
6. Manage your pipeline and track progress against monthly targets.
7. Coordinate with media, operations, and creative teams on campaign delivery.

Other requirements

1. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, media, or account management (motivated freshers welcome).

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,55,000 - 6,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,50,000 - 6,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 5,000 - 20,000 /year
