Summary

We are seeking a dedicated JR. EXECUTIVE to join our Customer Service team. In this pivotal role, the incumbent will serve as a cornerstone for our operational workflow, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. The position is critical for upholding the integrity of our delivery and support systems, requiring a proactive individual capable of managing diverse responsibilities ranging from shipment processing to financial transactions. Responsibilities

• Execute fundamental computer operations to support various administrative and operational functions.
  
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail during all processing activities to minimize errors.
  
• Provide essential operational support to ensure business continuity and team efficiency.
  
• Facilitate clear and effective communication and coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders.
  
• Manage delivery coordination activities to ensure timely and accurate service completion.
  
• Oversee daily activities within the store or hub, ensuring optimal workflow and organization.
  
• Conduct thorough verification and sorting of shipments to guarantee correct handling and routing.
  
• Process returns and RTO (Return to Origin) requests in accordance with company protocols.
  
• Handle cash transactions securely and accurately, adhering to all financial guidelines.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a customer service or operational role.
  
• Proficiency in basic computer knowledge and software applications.
  
• Demonstrated ability to focus on details and maintain high accuracy in repetitive tasks.
  
• Strong aptitude for providing operational support and troubleshooting minor issues.
  
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with teams and clients.
  
• Experience or capability in managing delivery and store/hub operations.
  
• Familiarity with shipment verification, sorting procedures, and RTO/returns processing workflows.
  
• Competence in handling cash and managing financial records with integrity.
