Key Responsibilities:

1. Export Market Distributors and Importers
2. Build and maintain lead databases using LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and other Ai based sources.
3. Collect and verify contact details of decision-makers.
4. Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
5. Introduce the company's products and services.
6. Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities.
7. Follow up with prospects through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
8. Schedule meetings between prospective customers and the sales/business development team.
9. Maintain a calendar of appointments and follow-ups.
10. Send meeting confirmations and reminders.
11. Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
12. Prepare weekly reports on: Leads generated, Calls made, Meetings scheduled and Follow-up activities.

1. Excellent communication skills in English.

2. Confidence in speaking with customers over phone.

3. Good internet research skills.
