Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain financial records.
• Manage entries and transactions using Tally/Tally Prime .
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers and ledgers.
• Assist with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliance .
• Maintain material stock records and coordinate stock-related documentation.
• Prepare reports and MIS using MS Excel .
• Maintain proper documentation and support the senior accounts team.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Tally/Tally Prime .
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel .
• Basic understanding of Tax & Compliance .
• Knowledge of Material Stock Management .
• Good numerical, analytical and organizational skills.
