Amgen seeks an Associate to support U.S. Channel Operations within Contracts & Pricing Execution in Hyderabad. The role involves contract processing, pricing maintenance, payment validation, reconciliation, and compliance activities across multiple operational systems and cross-functional partnerships.
Responsibilities
Execute day-to-day Channel operations including CDP updates, GCPS maintenance, and payment preparation
Generate scorecards and perform validation of payment calculations and performance reports
Support net sales reconciliation across SAP, GCPS, and related reporting systems
Maintain trackers and documentation for contracts, waivers, reconciliations, and audit evidence
Escalate risks, data anomalies, and processing exceptions to Channel Managers
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation capabilities
Experience with contract processing, pricing updates, or channel operations
Proficiency in reconciliation, data validation, and process execution
Ability to learn multiple systems and maintain audit-ready documentation
Collaborative mindset with stakeholder engagement across teams
