Stryker seeks a JDE Platform Manager to lead the strategic direction and operations of its JD Edwards enterprise system. The role involves platform governance, lifecycle management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure secure, compliant, and high-performing ERP infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Execute strategic roadmap for JDE platform upgrades, modernization, and long-term sustainability
Manage JDE environment lifecycle across development, testing, production, and disaster recovery
Establish platform governance standards and enforce best practices for deployments and change management
Lead platform enhancements, releases, upgrades, and maintenance while maintaining quality standards
Drive platform stability through proactive monitoring, optimization, automation, and continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
10+ years enterprise IT, ERP platforms, or infrastructure management experience
5+ years hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne administration in production environments
Proven team leadership and vendor/MSP relationship management experience
Deep JDE platform expertise including CNC administration, security, integrations, and deployments
Experience with regulated environments and compliance frameworks (SOX, GxP, ITGC)
Relevant certifications in JD Edwards, Oracle, ITIL, or related disciplines preferred
