Responsibilities
Define and oversee the end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale Java-based systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Lead the integration of DevOps practices, utilizing tools like Maven, Git, and Autosys to streamline deployment pipelines and enhance operational efficiency.
Design and implement secure, efficient REST APIs and batch processing workflows using Spring Boot and Spring Batch technologies.
Manage system performance through advanced memory management techniques and optimize RPM packaging for seamless distribution.
Guide the adoption of emerging technologies, including Agentic Frameworks and Model Fine-Tuning, to modernize existing architectures.
Ensure cross-platform compatibility and stability by leveraging Linux environments for development and production testing.
Mentor development teams on architectural best practices, code quality, and the effective application of Spring ecosystem components.
