Location: GGN
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization's IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Maintain accurate records of device inventory, tracking deliveries, returns, and replacements.
Verify the accuracy of device inventory against delivery manifests and ensure that all required accessories are included.
Manage user accounts, permissions, email systems, Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software and other IT-related resources to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor system performance and security, implement necessary updates and patches, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Experience in Google workspace and Endpoint Central
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT administration, preferably in a corporate environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
