About the job

We're looking for an IT Support professional to be the first point of contact for the firm's day-to-day technology needs, from the Microsoft Office Suite to laptops, printers, routers and other hardware and software issues. This is a hands-on, entry-level role for someone who enjoys problem-solving and wants to grow into a broader IT role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and resolve common issues on Windows and macOS laptops, including boot problems, application crashes and software updates
2. Working on networking, including Wi-Fi troubleshooting, IP configuration and internet connectivity
3. Coordinating with external vendors and ISPs to repair or replace printers, routers and network switches
4. Set up workstations, configure email accounts and prepare hardware for new joiners
