Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to help employees solve computer, software, and basic network problems.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot computer and software issues.

Install and configure computers and applications.

Help employees with internet and network problems.

Set up email accounts and user access.

Record technical issues and their solutions.

Escalate difficult problems to the senior IT team.

Maintain IT equipment and support records.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.

Understanding of computer hardware and software.

Basic networking knowledge.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

B.E. or https://jobeax.com/link/2DENLGgQM7whDhaE in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.

Success in the First 90 Days

Learn the company's IT support process.

Resolve basic technical issues independently.

Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions.

Provide helpful and timely support to employees.
