About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries related to technical issues through inbound and outbound calls.
2. Troubleshoot basic technical problems related to software, hardware, internet connectivity, and applications.
3. Provide step-by-step technical assistance to customers and guide them toward effective solutions.
4. Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within the defined timelines.
5. Escalate complex technical problem to the appropriate department when required.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
7. Ensure professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
8. Follow company procedures, technical guidelines, and quality standards.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
10. Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and effective technical support.
