IT Senior Systems Analyst (Hybrid Working) in Hyderabad, India

• Configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise backup systems including Commvault, Veeam, IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM), NetBackup, Networker and DataDomain
• Manage daily backup operations, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis.
• Perform regular restore testing and support recovery operations.
• Maintain and optimize backup policies, schedules, and storage targets across platforms.
• Administer and maintain Backend Storage and Data Domain infrastructure for backup storage and performance.
• Ensure high availability and data protection across virtual and physical environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure backup coverage and capacity planning.
• Document configurations, procedures, and recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with data retention policies, audit requirements, and security standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations
• Creates and manages capacity and trending reports of system operations.
• Good understanding on ITIL practices
• Experience on industry leading IT Asset Management tools such as Service Now or Similar ticketing tools
• Works with key technical and business stakeholders to determine data backup requirements and creates solutions to meet requirements.
