About the Role: This role focuses on strengthening the sales pipeline by identifying international business opportunities and promoting IT and digital solutions in a performance-driven, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pitch IT services including Web Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, SMO, and Design solutions (Lead generation experience not required, sales closure experience required)
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with international stakeholders
Plan and execute strategic sales and outreach initiatives to drive business growth
Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, design, development) to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery
Maintain regular follow-ups and effectively manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT Sales or Business Development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong research, negotiation, and communication skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
Ability to handle international clients and thrive in a remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Familiarity with B2B sales cycles in the IT services industry
Previous experience working with global clients
