We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern who is interested in building a career in IT Recruitment . Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience are welcome.
The candidate will gain hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment processes .
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social media .
Screen resumes according to job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of IT candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with daily/weekly recruitment reports.
Support onboarding and recruitment activities.
Required Skills
0–6 months of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Freshers with a strong interest in IT Recruitment can apply.
Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and Naukri .
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets .
Strong willingness to learn and grow.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management , BCA/ MCA or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
