IT Project Manager - BFSI Domain in Chennai, भारत

Key Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end IT project delivery from requirement gathering and planning through UAT, deployment and post-production support.- Prepare project plans, WBS, milestones, timelines, resource plans and delivery schedules.- Manage projects related to Loan Origination Systems (LOS), digital lending, customer onboarding, KYC, API integrations and workflow automation.- Work closely with Business, Product, Technology, Information Security, Risk, Legal and Compliance teams.- Manage third-party/vendor integrations, including API, fintech, KYC and other technology partners.- Drive Agile/Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid project methodologies, including sprint planning, tracking and release management.- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues and mitigation plans.- Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, security and support teams for successful releases.- Drive UAT, production deployment, change management and post-go-live stabilization.- Monitor project SLA, budget, quality, timelines and business outcomes.- Prepare regular MIS/status reports and present project updates to senior management.- Manage vendor evaluation, commercials, contract execution and performance governance.- Ensure adherence to BFSI regulatory, ITGC, information security and compliance requirements.- Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
