Intuitive Surgical seeks a PLM Developer Analyst based in India to support and modernize medical device product lifecycle management systems. The role involves maintaining current Agile PLM environments while designing and configuring next-generation cloud-based platforms, requiring expertise in PLM technologies, regulatory compliance, and system integration.
Responsibilities
Analyze, configure, develop, and troubleshoot Agile PLM systems including SDK-based applications and integrations
Support data migration, mapping, and validation for transition from Agile PLM to cloud-based platforms
Design and build integrations between PLM and upstream/downstream systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Lead analysis of system and functional specifications, develop documentation and implementation plans
Apply AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, testing, and data quality validation activities
Requirements
5+ years hands-on experience with Agile PLM configuration, administration, customization, and production support
Knowledge of medical device manufacturing, engineering, and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 requirements
Experience with Oracle, Linux, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise system integrations (ERP, MES, QMS, LMS)
Familiarity with cloud PLM platforms such as Oracle Cloud PLM, PTC Windchill, or Teamcenter
Understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV) and Computer Software Assurance (CSA) principles
Experience with data migration, ETL activities, and legacy-to-cloud PLM transitions
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and modern integration patterns
