IT Infrastructure System Engineer - Linux in Bangalore, भारत

Eurofins seeks a Linux systems engineer to design, deploy, and operate enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and Azure environments. The role involves supporting daily operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and leading infrastructure modernization initiatives across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise Linux infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments
• Design and implement infrastructure solutions aligned with business and operational requirements
• Participate in infrastructure transformation, migration, and standardization initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable IT services
• Maintain documentation, facilitate knowledge sharing, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Linux operating systems, particularly RHEL and Ubuntu
• Strong Linux system administration including package management, systemd, kernel tuning, and performance optimization
• Advanced troubleshooting using system logs, journald, rsyslog, tcpdump, strace, and performance analysis tools
• Solid understanding of Linux networking, routing, DNS, firewalling, VLANs, and TCP/IP
• Experience with Bash and PowerShell scripting and operational automation
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work in multinational environments
