Virbhu India Pvt Ltd – Vadodara (Gujarat) , a wholly owned subsidiary of AK-LLC (USA) , operating in the field of power electronics, has an immediate opening for an IT Support / IT Administrator .
The position will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support and administration, supporting employees with hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365 and endpoint-related requirements. The role will also support Microsoft Intune, device management, user onboarding/offboarding, IT asset management, and IT infrastructure activities .

Key Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
Administer and support Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance monitoring, configuration profiles, application deployment, and basic policy troubleshooting.
Prepare, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup, device allocation, access management, and equipment recovery.
Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper tracking of laptops, desktops, monitors, accessories, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot approved software and applications.
Monitor and maintain IT support tickets, issue logs, asset records, and technical documentation.
Provide remote and on-site technical support to employees.
