Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other office devices.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
Identify and fix computer, system, and network-related problems.
Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot basic networking issues, including LAN and internet connectivity.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Maintain IT equipment and ensure all systems are working properly.
Provide timely support to avoid delays in daily office and manufacturing operations.
Maintain records of IT assets, repairs, and maintenance.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in desktop support or a similar IT support role.
Good knowledge of computer hardware, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
Understanding of networking, LAN, internet connectivity, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Ability to identify and resolve hardware and software issues.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide IT support to employees across different departments.
Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
