About the role
The IT Administrator will oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role requires hands-on management of network systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Manage and maintain network hardware and software, including routers and switches.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
Provide technical support and training to staff on IT-related matters.
Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery operations.
Document network configurations and changes for future reference.
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance network efficiency.
Required qualifications
CCNA certification is mandatory.
7-8 years of experience in IT administration or a related field.
Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Nice to have
Experience with cloud technologies and virtual networking.
Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and tools.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
