About the Opportunity A dynamic IT services & infrastructure consultancy operating across India, we empower mid-market and enterprise clients to maintain resilient, secure, and high-availability hardware environments. Our team ensures seamless desktop, server, and network hardware operations for clients across BFSI, manufacturing, and logistics sectors—delivering operational continuity through proactive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and network hardware across on-site client locations.
Diagnose and resolve hardware failures—BIOS, RAM, drives, power supplies, motherboards—with minimal downtime.
Perform imaging, OS deployment (Windows 10/11, macOS), and driver updates using MDT or SCCM.
Support peripherals (monitors, docking stations, scanners) and ensure firmware updates are applied.
Coordinate with vendors for RMA, warranty claims, and spare part procurement under SLA timelines.
Document hardware inventory, asset tags, and repair logs in CMDB systems like ServiceNow or ManageEngine.
