Role & Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals across multiple office locations.
Troubleshoot hardware failures, replace faulty components, and escalate vendor issues when needed.
Manage asset inventory: track hardware lifecycle, deployments, returns, and disposals with accuracy.
Support remote and on-site users with OS-level hardware-related issues on Windows and macOS.
Collaborate with IT leads to standardize imaging, BIOS settings, and peripheral configurations.
Ensure all hardware complies with security, warranty, and environmental disposal policies.
