Verve is seeking an iOS SDK engineer to develop and optimize the HyBid SDK ecosystem, focusing on core networking, ad-rendering modules, and framework stability. The role involves both individual contribution and technical leadership depending on seniority level, with emphasis on memory constraints and thread-safety in third-party application environments.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain core iOS HyBid SDK modules with strict memory and threading constraints
Collaborate with product managers to estimate feature scope, refine requirements, and align delivery priorities
Ensure behavioral consistency across iOS and Android platforms through cross-platform code review
Lead migration strategy from CocoaPods to Swift Package Manager distribution model
Build and optimize isolated telemetry subsystems for secure runtime fault logging and exception handling
Requirements
Advanced iOS development experience with Swift and Objective-C
Deep understanding of SDK architecture, memory management, and thread-safety patterns
Experience with framework distribution tools such as CocoaPods and Swift Package Manager
Familiarity with cross-platform development workflows and Android codebase navigation
Knowledge of privacy compliance frameworks like SKAdNetwork and privacy manifests
Strong code review and documentation practices; technical leadership skills for senior level
