About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process vendor/client invoices accurately and within defined turnaround times.
2. Verify invoice details (amount, tax, PO/reference number, vendor details, etc.) against supporting documents.
3. Match invoices with purchase orders/agreements and flag discrepancies for resolution.
4. Maintain proper documentation and records of processed invoices.
5. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice-related queries.
6. Ensure compliance with applicable GST and TDS requirements during invoice processing.
7. Assist with periodic reconciliation of invoice records.

Other requirements

1. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in invoice processing/accounts payable.

3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

4. Good verbal and written communication skills.

5. Working knowledge of GST and basic accounting concepts.

6. Willingness to commit to a minimum tenure of 1 year.
