Eligibility - Experience: 1–2 years of International BPO (ITNL) experience is mandatory - Communication: Excellent English communication is mandatory - Transport: Centralized pickup and home drop
Experienced Candidates: - Up to ₹45,000 (depending on their last drawn)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively. ● Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. ● Willingness to work US shifts.

Handle inbound and outbound customers calls from US clients professionally and efficiently. Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
