Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and process-related concerns.
2. Communicate professionally with customers to ensure a smooth customer service experience.
3. Understand customer needs, identify concerns, and provide appropriate resolutions.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in the system.
5. Follow up with customers as needed to ensure timely resolution of their concerns.
6. Handle customer complaints patiently and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
7. Meet daily performance targets related to customer satisfaction, service quality, and productivity.
8. Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality guidelines.
9. Demonstrate professionalism, active listening, and problem-solving skills throughout customer interactions.
10. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
