About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
2. Assist customers with healthcare insurance, billing, and claim-related queries.
3. Verify patient details and insurance information accurately.
4. Provide information regarding insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits.
5. Assist with claim status inquiries and payment-related concerns.
6. Resolve customer queries professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
8. Follow healthcare processes, company policies, and data privacy guidelines.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex queries and escalations.
10. Maintain call quality, accuracy, and productivity standards while meeting daily performance targets.
