About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with multiple chat visitors simultaneously and provide a high-quality customer experience.
2. Understand client products/services and relevant knowledge bases.
3. Follow established chat scripts, key questions, and canned responses.
4. Handle off-script questions appropriately and think on your feet.
5. Identify and write accurate leads within the required timeframe.
6. Ensure leads are sent to the correct client with the correct email address and chat transcript.
7. Maintain accuracy and consistency across all chat interactions.
