Pfizer seeks an intern to support digital transformation in Analytical Technology by developing computational tools, mobile applications, and process models. The role involves hybrid modeling, automation projects, and training colleagues on AI adoption within the Lab of the Future initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop an E&L application to track internal and external data repositories, BoH sites, and guidance documents
• Conduct digital fluency training sessions for colleagues on AI tools and analytics adoption
• Collaborate with external vendors to co-develop AI-based digital applications for Analytical Technology workflows
• Support automation and Lab of the Future projects with cross-functional teams
• Develop and validate computational models using data-driven, machine learning, and mechanistic approaches

Requirements

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Chemical, Biochemical, Mechanical, Process Control, or Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Analytics
• Experience with programming languages: Python, R, MATLAB, or C/C++
• Strong foundation in data-driven or mechanistic modeling and computational techniques
• Solid background in basic chemistry and analytical methods
• Strong app development experience
• Excellent organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
