ICON seeks an intern to support the Investigator Payments team in Chennai. The role involves managing investigator payment processes, coordinating with internal departments and clinical sites, and resolving payment-related inquiries while developing knowledge of payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain investigator payment records and systems
• Serve as primary contact for payment inquiries from clinical sites and internal teams
• Communicate with investigative site personnel and project managers regarding payment questions
• Coordinate with Clinical, Finance, IT, Legal, and Contracts departments to resolve payment issues
• Support accurate and timely investigator payments in accordance with contracts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in PC applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
• Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Customer relationship management skills and ability to work under deadlines
• Legal right to work in India
