We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience, exposure to day-to-day operations, and opportunities to learn and contribute to meaningful projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What will you be doing?
Assist with daily departmental operations and administrative tasks
Support team projects by conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports
Participate in team meetings, taking notes and following up on assigned action items
Help maintain accurate records, documentation, and files
Collaborate with staff to improve processes and contribute ideas
Complete assigned tasks and projects within established deadlines
Provide general support to team members as needed
Who are You?
Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
Willingness to learn new tools and systems
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
