Stryker seeks an intern to support packaging design and development for medical devices. The role involves assisting with technical documentation, testing activities, and cross-functional projects in a hybrid work environment based in Gurugram, India.

Responsibilities

  • Support packaging design and development for new and existing products
  • Assist in creating packaging drawings, specifications, BOMs, and technical documentation
  • Participate in packaging testing activities including drop, vibration, and compression tests
  • Collect, analyze, and document test data and project information
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers on project execution

Requirements

  • Pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Packaging or equivalent from IIP
  • Strong academic record with interest in packaging engineering
  • Basic knowledge of packaging materials, systems, and testing methods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
