About the job

We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Admin Executive to handle day-to-day site administration, documentation, vendor coordination, manpower records, and project support at our Chembur, Mumbai site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily site administration and documentation.
2. Maintain staff/labour attendance and manpower records.
3. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, site engineers, and head office.
4. Maintain material records, delivery challans, invoices, and site registers.
5. Coordinate labour contractors and vendor requirements.
6. Maintain site petty cash and administrative expenses.
7. Track fuel, vehicle, machinery, and equipment records.
8. Handle site-office stationery, housekeeping, and general requirements.
9. Maintain permits, approvals, safety, and project documents.
10. Prepare basic site reports and MIS.

Other requirements

1. Graduate/BCom preferred.

2. Need experience in Interior/Construction/Real Estate.

3. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

4. Experience in Site Administration, Vendor Coordination, Contractor Management, and Material Coordination.

5. Good communication and documentation skills.

6. Immediate joiners preferred.
