Intake Associate position within the Safety Operations team managing country-level pharmacovigilance activities, including collection, documentation, and processing of adverse event reports from multiple sources according to local regulations and company procedures.
Responsibilities
Collect, document, and process local adverse event reports from all sources per national legislation and company procedures
Perform case triage including validity assessment, duplicate checking, and forwarding to internal and external partners
Execute case intake within the Pharmacovigilance Safety System and respond to global case processing team queries
Monitor for new safety information and escalate findings according to established procedures
Perform source document redaction and ensure complete documentation capture in PSS
Requirements
Degree in sciences, pharmacy, or related field; or minimum 3 years pharmacovigilance experience
Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
Strong oral communication and team collaboration abilities
Medical and clinical knowledge
Capacity to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Ability to develop proficiency with Pharmacovigilance Safety System (PSS)
