R&D Department Lead
In this role, you will have the opportunity to guide and/or support Research and Development (R&D) teams by actively providing solutions and process standards to prevent defects. Each day, you will ensure that products and systems are delivered as per the desired quality. You will also showcase your expertise by extending the guidance/support through the phases of the development process to ensure that the results of each phase adhere to the defined quality standards and meet target dates and budgets.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
Maintain proper networking and electrical wiring within the lab.
Manage store and inventory, ensuring all equipment and materials are accounted for and in good condition.
Oversee software license usage and compliance.
Collaborate with other departments to support lab operations and projects.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or a related field.
