We are currently seeking a Instructional Designer (Articulate) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Requirements for This Role

• Minimum 3 years of instructional design experience, including hands-on development using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Experience creating training for enterprise software implementations, preferably SAP or comparable ERP/HR systems.
• Ability to translate business process documentation and SME input into structured courses, learner instructions, and job aids; relevant work samples will be requested.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word, with experience applying instructional design principles and adult learning methods.
• Experience managing content reviews, version control, and quality assurance, including SCORM packaging and LMS testing where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing SAP SuccessFactors or other HR application training.
• Familiarity with SAP Enable Now, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar tools.
• Experience delivering training content against fixed go-live milestones.
• Experience preparing train-the-trainer materials and coordinating multilingual content.
• Spanish or Malay proficiency for reviewing localized materials or supporting training.

Schedule Availability

Monday–Friday, with flexibility for scheduled overlap across time zones. Working hours will be agreed during hiring, with occasional schedule adjustments based on program requirements.
