GE HealthCare seeks an Installed Base Program Manager to lead end-to-end cardiovascular ultrasound initiatives from India. The role manages program governance, budget, resources, and cross-functional execution across a global matrix, translating customer and regulatory priorities into integrated execution plans.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of cardiovascular ultrasound installed base programs across product lifecycle
Define program scope, milestones, deliverables, resources, dependencies and integrated execution plans across multiple functions
Build and manage transparent backlog, prioritizing based on patient impact, safety, regulatory commitments and resource availability
Drive cross-functional execution for customer complaints, quality issues, corrective actions, field actions and product holds
Manage program budgets, forecasts, purchase orders and actuals in partnership with Finance and budget owners
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
15+ years progressive experience in engineering, program management, or product development
Demonstrated leadership of complex, global, cross-functional programs in matrix organizations
Strong program management capability spanning scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority
Experience managing competing priorities, urgent issues, and ambiguity with limited direction
Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership escalations
