About the job

As an inside sales executive at Bharat Floorings & Tiles Private Limited, you'll help prospective and existing clients move smoothly from initial enquiry to informed next steps. You'll build trusted relationships through clear communication, attentive follow-up, and well-prepared presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to incoming enquiries by phone and email, understand each client's needs, and provide clear, timely information.
2. Maintain accurate CRM records of client conversations, preferences, enquiries, and agreed follow-up actions.
3. Follow up with prospective clients to answer questions, share relevant information, and keep discussions progressing.
4. Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to the client's enquiry, communicating confidently in spoken and written English.
5. Coordinate with colleagues to obtain accurate responses to client questions and ensure commitments are followed through.
6. Track open enquiries and follow-up tasks, prioritising timely responses and keeping clients updated on next steps.
7. Gather client feedback and record recurring questions or concerns to support better communication across the sales process.
