About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle a large volume of inbound/outbound calls, voicemails/chats from businesses, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders, providing courteous and efficient service.
2. Conduct outbound calls to coordinate care, gather information, or provide support as necessary.
3. Pitching new products and its benefits for more sales.
4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
5. Adhere to customer service scripts and protocols.
6. Strive to achieve first call resolution and maintain the quality of service provided.
7. Remaining calm and professional while dealing with angry customers and providing them with the best solutions to resolve their issues.
8. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers/callers by taking the extra mile.
9. Respond to messages/tasks sent by the doctor/staff.
10. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Note: Reporting Hierarchy (reporting to designation): Contact Center Manager.
Incentives are based on meeting sales targets.

Other requirements

1. Any graduate who possesses at least 6 months of experience in a call center.

2. Prior experience dealing with Indians over the phone.

3. Basic understanding of medicines, their salts, and uses.

4. Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.

5. Strong multitasking, time management, and target-achieving skills.

6. Exceptional telephone manner, customer service skills, active listening skills, verbal, and written communication skills.

7. Competency in necessary computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Internet, and Excel.

8. Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.

9. Capability to work independently and in collaboration with others to complete work and meet deadlines with general supervision.

10. Ability to resolve conflict and diffuse tension.
