Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Office-based

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive who can guide prospective students about our professional career programs and help them choose the right learning path. This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding career goals and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Connect with leads assigned in the CRM through calls and WhatsApp.
2. Understand the prospect's career goals and recommend suitable programs.
3. Explain program curriculum, career outcomes, and placement support.
4. Convert qualified leads into enrollments.
5. Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects.
6. Share relevant program details, testimonials, and success stories.
7. Ensure every qualified lead is nurtured properly.
8. Update all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
9. Maintain clear pipeline visibility.
10. Invite prospects to demo sessions or masterclasses.
11. Address doubts related to curriculum, placements, and career outcomes.
12. Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
13. Maintain strong conversion rates through effective consultation.
