About the job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales and counseling:
1. Connect with prospective students through calls and virtual meetings.
2. Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable IIDE programs.
3. Explain course features, curriculum, career outcomes, and fee structures.
4. Handle objections effectively and guide prospects throughout the enrollment journey. Build strong relationships with leads and follow up regularly.
5. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

B. Lead management:
1. Manage and update lead information accurately in the CRM.
2. Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure seamless lead handovers.
3. Deliver an excellent admissions experience from initial inquiry to enrollment.
4. Maintain high conversion rates through consistent follow-ups and effective communication.

1. 0–1 years of experience in inside sales, education sales, academic counseling, business development, or a similar customer-facing sales role.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

4. Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

6. Prior experience in EdTech or higher education sales.

7. Experience in consultative selling or admissions counseling.

8. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Lead Squared, or HubSpot.

9. Passion for education and helping learners achieve their career goals.
