We are a software company with offices in Dubai and Noida, delivering CRM implementation, automation, and custom software for businesses in the UAE, India, and international markets. You will create qualified sales meetings for VortexWeb's sales team with business owners and decision-makers in India, the UAE, and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reach target accounts through calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, using the lead lists and campaigns provided.
2. Qualify each prospect on need, decision-maker, budget, and timeline before booking a meeting.
3. Book discovery meetings for the sales team and confirm attendance before every meeting.
4. Respond to inbound enquiries promptly and qualify them in the same way.
5. Follow up on proposals and pending decisions together with the sales team.
6. Log every interaction in the CRM on the same working day.
7. Share weekly numbers on calls made, conversations held, meetings booked, and meetings held.

How Performance Is Measured: Qualified meetings held, pipeline value created, revenue closed, and accuracy of CRM records.

Other requirements

1. Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.

2. Excellent spoken and written English, as you will speak with UAE and international clients, and good Hindi.

3. Up to 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, lead generation, or a similar role. Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.

4. Comfort with daily outbound calling and with rejection.

5. Organized and consistent with follow-ups. Experience with any CRM is an advantage.
