About the job

Outbound sales development for the India and UAE markets, reporting to the Founder. The position books qualified discovery meetings for the leadership team and closes small-ticket product subscriptions independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute a minimum of 200 outbound touches per day across calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn against assigned target lists.
2. Qualify prospects against the organisation's ICP framework and book discovery meetings on the leadership calendar.
3. Sell small-ticket products, including the organisation's HR application, end to end on a defined script and pricing.
4. Maintain every lead, activity and outcome in Bitrix24 CRM on the same working day.
5. Follow up every open lead within 24 hours; no lead ages beyond 48 hours without a logged action.
6. Submit a daily activity report: touches, conversations, meetings booked, closures.

Performance Indicators:

Daily touch volume, conversations per day, qualified meetings booked per week, meeting show rate, small-ticket closures per month. First-week deliverables: 800 touches, 40 conversations, 4 qualified meetings booked. Reviewed with the Founder at the close of week one.

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. 0 TO 1 years in inside sales, telesales, or SDR roles, preferably in SaaS, IT services, or CRM.

2. Demonstrated outbound volume of 100 plus touches per day in a previous role.

3. Fluent in Hindi and English; comfortable with cold calls and objection handling.

4. Working knowledge of any CRM; Bitrix24 is an advantage.
